Leírás:

The topic includes the investigation of photoinduced changes in organic perovskite materials, recently discovered as the principal ingredients in high-efficiency solar cells. Perovskites will be studied in hybrid structures with carbon nanostructures (carbon nanotubes and graphene) in order to elucidate the fundamental mechanism of the photovoltaic effect and increase the yield. Methods applied are optical, infrared, and Raman spectroscopy, combined with photoinduced and time-dependent measurements. Spectroscopy will be performed in the optical spectroscopy laboratory of the Wigner Research Centre, other experiments (in nanoelectronics) are conducted in collaboration with the Laboratory of Physics of Complex Matter, Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne, Switzerland.
